Susan Nia, Chief Wiz

With more than 18 years of direct to consumer marketing experience, Susan Nia provides clients a unique blend of brand and direct to consumer global marketing skills with a special focus on customer acquisition and retention leveraging direct response, social media, web-based and mobile marketing.

Nia creates turn-key campaigns designed to elicit higher ROI, brand awareness and mass market distribution. Nia's clients include LeapFrog Enterprises, Razor U.S.A., Creativity, Inc., Disney and Star Wars licensees,  and Ohio Art to name a few.
Nia has held senior management positions with powerhouse companies including Vivendi Universal US & Europe Kids Division, Symantec's Quarterdeck Division, IAC's Citysearch.com, Mobinex's (Fix8) US & Asia Division and Williams Worldwide Advertising Agency. Additionally, she ran the in-house direct response agency of Primex Talking Yellow Pages, the leading DRTV daytime advertiser of its time.
Nia served on the initial committee that established the COPPA (Children Online Privacy Practices Act) and is tapped regularly by the Toy Industry Association to speak on cost effective ways to market products utilizing online and DRTV advertising.
Nia received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

With 20+ years in the business, Rick has worked with virtually every product category from fitness to housewares and now youth products with SNIA Interactive.

Having committed his life to understanding the art and science of persuasion, Rick

Rick’s past tenure as president of Euro RSCG’s The Tyee Group credited him with building the world’s largest DRTV agency, helping clients such as Bowflex, Char-Broil, Mirro Wearever and Select Comfort; realize over a $1 billion in direct sales.
A regarded author and speaker at industry events, Rick’s unique credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinema-Television as well as an MBA with an emphasis in Sales and Marketing from Marylhurst University.
jonthan Jonathan Lee, Web Wiz

Jonathan Lee is a senior web developer for SNIA Interactive and plays a key role in the planning & execution of the company's projects. Prior to joining SNIA Interactive, Jonathan consulted with various businesses and organizations including Intel, the City of Los Angeles, and ReachLocal.com.

Jonathan started his eleven-year career as a front-end developer but his expertise has evolved to managing all of the complex facets of web development. Jonathan's other passions include his family, working with kids at a local non-profit youth center, and running 5Ks for charity.
